We were contracted by major cosmetics brand L’Oréal Paris to carry out a full retail merchandising refit of its make-up range. This consisted of 2,078 stores over ten days.
The brief was to enable the client to maximise sales from brand refresh activity, category management and its new product range launch.

As part of this, new POS displays were implemented according to a fresh planogram, including graphic and price ticket changes, and filtered according to category management and individual store requirements.
Detailed photos were taken before and after the installation, with the results uploaded to the client portal for inspection.
The outcome was a highly successful retail merchandising refit, with 100 per cent compliance achieved against client brief.
