Prior to roll-out, we surveyed all sites pre-installation, facilitating electrical and asbestos surveys. All of our on-site team leaders were SSSTS accredited and all of our Project & Field Managers were SMSTS accredited. We managed the installation and merchandising elements of the project and also facilitated the tradesman on site i.e. Electricians, Joiners, Security Logistics.

We supplied an in-house Project Manager for 3 days a week at Boots HQ; supported by a central management team of a further 8 full-time personnel who were responsible for the full project coordination. Project planning began 12 months in advance of the project start date. The CJRS planning and design teams advised in the design & kit manufacture stages.
Detailed store surveys were conducted over a 6 month period.

We successfully project managed and delivered one of Europe’s largest cosmetics projects in 2018.
