Implementation of a national POS merchandising service across all Vauxhall retail showrooms.
Working alongside British motor company Vauxhall, we were tasked with installing and uplifting POS merchandising, including posters, showcards and lightbox inserts across 400 sites over five days.
To drive sales through optimum compliance of POS materials, highlighting current models and offers.
Ensuring showrooms were compliant with financial and environmental regulations, we worked to achieve optimum compliance of POS material. By implementing this tactic, we were able to enhance customer relationships and increase sales.
Live data capture was also implemented to conduct showroom surveys, with each report customised by region to give individual feedback to site managers. Results were monitored over a five-year period, with compliance information reported with each refresh.
*Over a five year period CJ Retail Solutions have carried out 20 refresh projects, two audit projects and two installation projects across 9,877 site visits.
The outcome was an enduring five-year relationship with Vauxhall as their preferred car merchandising partner and POS installer.
