We undertook a detailed retail audit for Intersport, which included CAD drawing production, to provide the retailer with detailed and bespoke information on each of the stores within the estate.
To audit the estate of to identify the speciﬁc store’s footprint, space allocation, stock levels and POS display status – enabling the retailer to plan for future in-store marketing campaigns and ensure consistency across their estate.
Following an in-depth training programme, our expert retail Audit Engineers visited sites across England, Scotland, Wales & Ireland to draw an accurate footprint diagram of the store; including ﬁxture positions, windows, doors, stairways and storage areas. A CAD drawing was produced based on the information supplied in the original survey. A second visit to every store saw the retail Audit Engineers record data to over 1,200 questions in a detailed survey including space allocation to brands within speciﬁc areas in the store, POS signage positioning, content and shelving solutions.
All stores are now fully audited, data has been compiled onto our client portal and reported to the client to enable them to plan for future campaigns and ensure brand consistency across all sites.
