Increase Walker’s brand visibility within the prime store entrance areas across retail estate through installation project
Through the creation of a bespoke questionnaire, we could provide estate intelligence and capture valuable store specific data; from the size of the available space, to specific unit recommendation. Over an agreed four week period, audits were conducted on 621 sites.
392 new kit items were installed into retailers estate in prime ‘store entrance’ locations across 246 separate stores results.
40% of all stores visited were issued with additional Walker’s units (and installed on the same day as the visit).
As we could deliver immediate installation on site, there was a large impact on increasing penetration of new unit placement. In turn, this lead to huge costs savings – where only one visit was needed instead of three.
