staff and pets by introducing a multi trade Proactive & Reactive Maintenance
regime across their retail estate.
• Develop and manage a dedicated team of multi skilled technicians
• Manage the dynamic schedules of both reactive repair and proactive
maintenance visits and incorporating ‘find & fix’ tasks whilst on site
• Control stock levels of all spare parts for repair and/or replacement
• Deliver custom-made Audit and Asset Management questionnaires to
capture critical data and provide real time Management Information
• 4100+ Proactive maintenance visits across 459 sites per annum,
completing 17,000+ fixes
• One point of contact for multiple trade maintenance issues
• Continuous analysis of the estate via an audit questionnaire, allowing
for informed decisions and valuable Management Information
• Full, real-time visibility of each job via the client portal
• Identify and address potential health and safety issues
