Job Summary

Working predominantly day shifts Monday to Friday, you will be an integral part of our installation process and the face of CJ Retail Solutions Global, dealing directly with store managers and customers within retail stores. Your role will be the installation of point of sale and retail display equipment as per installation briefs and training provided. In most instances you will be required to build the units using a build guide and following any training provided. Travelling extensively across the UK and visiting multiple retail store throughout the day, you can expect to spend 3-4 nights away per week unless working on a local project.

You will follow a daily schedule of work set by your supporting Project Team to ensure we meet all client contractual requirements. You will be required to provide supporting evidence for each installation, by updating Cj’s online portal, completing the questionnaire and uploading photographs to evidence that each installation has been completed to the required standard.

You will be supported by an office-based Project Team and Regional Field Manager, and required to stay in regular communication with them throughout the day in order to remain proactive to any changing circumstance.

Responsibilities

  • Collect weekly stock from the Warrington Distribution hub and manage van stock
  • levels.
  • Start and end of day vehicle checks in line with H&S requirements, reporting all vehicle or maintenance issues and adherence with all risk assessments or method statements for each work tasking.
  • Follow daily and weekly work schedule without deviation, unless agreed with the Project Team in advance and managed via the CJ’s bespoke portal.
  • Installation and build of Point Of Sale and Retail Display Equipment into retail outlets.
  • Use of CJ’s bespoke portal to record completion and sign off of daily jobs.
  • Completing all necessary returns of unused stock at end of each week
  • Management of your daily van stock to ensure you have correct stock level to complete all scheduled work.
  • Maintain regular communication with Project Teams to ensure successful completion of your assigned work and progress.

Requirements

  • Full clean UK (manual) driving license that has been held for a minimum of 1 year, and able to safely drive a van.
  • A high level of D.I.Y and joinery skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, dealing with project team, clients and customers whilst in store or branch.
  • A proactive attitude, good at problem solving and with good geographical awareness. Across region of employment.
  • Flexibility with working hours.
