Our Retail Development business supplies Installation and Merchandising support to a number of the UK’s largest retailers across a range of sectors including Grocery, DIY, Discount, Health & Beauty, Motoring, Pharmacy and Cash & Carry. Working as a Retail Development Installer, Merchandiser or Team Leader is exciting and fast paced as new or refitted stores take shape with you playing a key role in delivering the end product for the consumer. Our teams work days, nights and weekends all over the UK with some projects lasting a number of weeks. Our shifts vary from 8 -12 hours in length, with pay rates also varying dependent upon experience, however, with our training and validation processes there are opportunities to follow a structured development plan which will enable you to earn more. The company supplies accommodation when it is required and business mileage is also paid. We are always looking for ambitious, flexible and hardworking individuals, who will be able to support the continuous growth of the business and take advantage of the development opportunities that will be available. A career in field marketing is interesting, exciting and enjoyable. It is suited to candidates looking for both flexible and full time opportunities, as work is varied across both weekdays and weekends. We work for a variety of FMCG brands to communicate messages to consumers using a variety of store activity including demonstrations, product briefings, merchandising, POS placement, compliance auditing, sampling, roadshows or direct selling. As a member of the team you will be working flexible ad-hoc hours for a variety of clients delivering in-store activity that increases product availability and brand visibility. Working a part of our tactical installation team you will be working with some of the world’s best know brands and be responsible for delivering some of the biggest in-store marketing campaigns across the UK. This role is all about variety as projects range from refreshing existing displays to walking in pop-up stands or building an entire wall fixture. Long term work – Casual workers contract

Immediate start

This is a fantastic opportunity to work and train alongside one of the country’s leading Retail Installation companies.

This role will involve installing retail display equipment across the country, working across multiple clients in an exciting and varied role.

Role responsibilities

  • Visiting Retailers across the UK
  • Installing a wide range of display equipment
  • Accurately reporting installs as they are completed
  • Completing store audits
  • Working with Retail Store Fixture Plans including planograms
  • Working within a team or to own initiative

Essential requirements

  • A full driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Computer literate
  • Good experience of using hand tools and drills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A flexible and proactive approach to work
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Flexibility to travel as role will require working away from home during the week
  • Must be over the age of 22 for insurance reasons

A good knowledge and experience of within Retail is desirable but not essential.

A vehicle and full training will be provided via our in-house training team and you will be provided with nationally recognized accreditation’s.
