Retail Merchandising Services: Mars Wrigley M&M installation

Goal

Installation and merchandising of the M&M self-serve unit into 104 sites across the Vue Cinema estate. 

Activity

Mars Wrigley contacted CJ Retail Solutions to carry out a fully managed project entailing various aspects of our bespoke retail merchandising services. After consultations with the client, we advised on our expertise and the implementations we could make. Once the project was agreed upon and defined, we got to work to achieve the following objectives. 

• We provided an efficient full project management service across all sites. 
• Carried out extensive site surveys, with continuous monitoring and control to ensure scrutiny and improvements. Our site surveys ensured improvement to POS displays, benchmarking, product distribution points, accuracy checks and efficient processes.
• We provided a full training programme to all cinema staff across the Vue estate on remerchandising. 
• As experts in retail display installation, we carried out digital screen installation and set-up across the estate. 
• We made sure that there were real-time project reports available for the client throughout the entire process, updating on progress. 

Results

Thanks to our work, we were able to showcase a display that was impactful and captivated consumers. We delivered the project successfully, both on time and within budget, leaving both Mars Wrigley and the team at Vue Cinema delighted with the end result of the project.
