Audi Corporate Identity Change

German car manufacturer Audi set us the challenge of helping enhance its modern and progressive brand image. This consisted of updating POS units in 130 showrooms over a four- week period, with an environmentally friendly focus on recycling or reusing old retail display items where possible.

Boots Christmas Merchandising Campaign

Christmas 2014 saw Boots introduce a revolutionary new merchandising approach to promote its premium Gift range involving bespoke commissioned display furniture, premium LED lighting and a minimalist, premium merchandising approach. CJ Retail Solutions was appointed as lead supplier for the project which not only involved executing over 300 store installations during a 5-night period in September but coordinating the remainder of the campaign suppliers and fully engage with all internal stakeholders from procurement through to individual store champions. It was an unprecedented success.

Installation and Merchandising: ASDA MVG Audit

A recent audit we conducted, for ASDA’s Movies, Videos & Games category, saw us audit over 6,000 fixtures and over 100,000 mods. We answered over 350,000 questions and created a pick list for 486,200 SKUs of shelf fixtures. It was the most precise audit ever undertaken and meant that ASDA could deliver exactly what each store needed with no waste and no overspend.

Merchandising: L’Oréal Paris

We recently undertook a huge re-merchandising project for L'Oreal Paris across it's Boots and Superdrug retail footprint. This involved collating and distributing new POS and Tester products to over 2,000 stores as well as installing new shelf trays and Shelf Edge Labels. This was all conducted within 10 days with 100% compliance achieved.

Samsung Retail Maintenance Contract

In 2014 Samsung appointed us to look after their hi-tech interactive Wall Display across their reseller retail estate of over 1200 stores. During 2014 we undertook over 11,500 preventative and reactive maintenance calls against strict SLAs. The insight we gain from these visits allows us to constantly monitor and analyse estate performance and re-prioritise stores where attention is needed most.

Store Development: Halfords

CJ Retail Solutions supported automotive retailer Halfords on a large scale, retail installation and estate refit, achieving 100 per cent compliance.

CJ Retail Solutions was asked by home improvement retailer Wickes to support a store closure and resite operation, with 100 per cent compliance achieved.
